Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to addresses within Lithuanian, European Union, Canada, United States and India 

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Lithuania): Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days.
  • EU : Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days.
  • USA & Canada: Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days.
  • India : Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or courier delays.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Lithuania: Flat rate shipping of €10 or free for orders over €150
  • EU Countries: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • United States, Canada, and India: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and courier rates.

4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United States, Canada, and India):

  • Prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, or brokerage fees.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are assessed by local customs authorities. 
  • These charges are payable by the customer upon delivery
  • Tunikaa is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges caused by customs clearance.

For EU orders, applicable VAT is handled according to EU regulations.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 4 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Delivery Partner

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@tunikaa.com with your order details. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement or refund, as applicable.

10. Right to Cancel (EU customers)

Customers in Lithuania and the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please review our Returns Policy for more information on cancellations and refunds.
